So, your yellow light is on, the keypad is beeping, you've pressed *2
and the keypad is displaying a 1, you pressed 1 and it displays a 3 or it
reads out General System Trouble.
A general system trouble can mean any number of things but we see it most often on a system that uses an ip communicator to communicate alarms through the internet. The problem will show up in the event that your internet is down or the internal network in your home or business has malfunctioned. Check to see if you can log onto the internet from one of your computers and check to see that you have connect lights illuminated for all the ports that are in use on your router.
